Shipping and Returns

Horney Toad Meats brings all natural, USDA-inspected beef, pork and jerky straight from our ranch to your home. Each cut of pork and beef is frozen right away to preserve flavor and quality.

We send out orders on Mondays to help them arrive before the weekend. Orders placed by 12 pm PST on Sunday join that week’s shipment. After placing an order, you receive an invoice, tracking link, and estimated arrival date. Meat is shipped through UPS, while non-perishable items head out within two business days through USPS or UPS.

Adding Shipping Protection gives your order an added layer of security. Once a box leaves our ranch, unexpected delays or carrier issues fall outside our control. Protection reduces the risk of loss and helps keep costs manageable for our small business.

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. Meat product deliveries require a physical street address, as carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Customers should confirm that their address is correct before completing checkout. If no one is available when the package arrives, we cannot cover damage that occurs while it sits outside. Shipments do not require signatures, so keeping an eye on tracking updates ensures you can bring the box inside and freeze your beef quickly.

Shipping Rates for Beef

Orders ship directly from our ranch with packaging designed to maintain low temperatures through transit. Shipping rates are based on distance.

Most boxes arrive frozen solid. Some softening can occur during travel, and beef that remains below 40 degrees Fahrenheit is still safe according to USDA guidelines. Move everything into your freezer right away.

Dry ice is included in each beef shipment. Orders of eight pounds or more hold temperature better, while smaller amounts thaw faster, so we encourage ordering at least that amount.

Returns

Perishable items cannot be returned. If your order arrived with an issue or you are unhappy with a product, email info@horneytoadmeats.online so our team can help resolve it.
